EXPERIENCE Pure Energy Bodywork!
Pure Energy Bodywork is wholistic, in that it addresses the
whole person, body, mind, spirit & emotions. While working
with the physical body, as well as the energy body, we always
remain mindful of their interconnection.
We honor the person we are working with, listening to the
innate wisdom of the body, picking up cues of how to work best
to facilitate self healing, helping you achieve both long and
short term goals.
All of our techniques are gentle and non-invasive. You remain
comfortably clothed, listening to relaxing music, or quiet if you
prefer, all while you are reclining on a comfortably padded
massage table. Special accommodations are made for those
who prefer to receive bodywork from a seated position.
What you will experience:
treatment, tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Your treatment includes a variety of techniques including
energy work, positions of comfort, movement, cranial work, or
with referral points on the feet. It combines the styles explained
below,as well as aspects of other restorative techniques such as
healing touch, polarity and asian bodywork.
If you prefer, you can choose a specific technique that you are
familiar with or wish to experience:
British osteopath and judo instructor, who developed a
technique which could gently work with the body's
inherent ability for self correction. This is a wonderful
technique to address stress, and has been found to be a
safe and highly effective method to work with postural
and structural imbalances as well as injury and pain.
Generally, the whole body is addressed, but we can focus
on a specific problem area, if you prefer.
