Basics of Ortho-Bionomy:
Focus on Spine & Pelvis
An overview of the basic release techniques for the
major joints in the body.
Gentle movement and positions of comfort
facilitate release of tension and enhance structural
alignment and balance.
In this class, we focus on the entire spine, including
the neck, as well as psoas & pelvic balancing.
Ortho-Bionomy is a pain free system
developed by osteopath and judo instructor,
Arthur Lincoln Pauls. Combining a martial artist's
understanding of the body energy, and an
ostepath's understanding of the body's form &
function, he invented a principle based style of
work that allows for holistic self healing: body,
mind & emotions.
