Basics of Ortho-Bionomy:
Focus on Spine & Pelvis
An overview of the basic release techniques for the
major joints in the body.
Gentle movement and positions of comfort
facilitate release of tension and enhance structural
alignment and balance.
In this class, we focus on the neck, mid & low
back, as well as the hips & pelvic girdle.
9am-4pm, both days

Combining a martial artist's understanding of the
body energy, and an ostepath's understanding of
the body's form & function, he invented a principle
