You will learn a skill which can revitalize your work and your practice,
while you vacation in paradise!
Our group will share a luxurious villa with our own private pool,
an outdoor patio, and full kitchen, living room and dining room.

During your class time, weekday mornings:
You will get some great bodywork, and learn a way to work that is fun and
easy on your body (prevent burn out!), all in a fun and relaxing atmosphere.
Ortho-Bionomy Exploration of Movement Patterns is easy to learn and can
be incorporated into many other styles of bodywork, or can be used as a
stand alone treatment.
Your Instructor, Peggy Scott, is a Registered Instructor and Advanced
Practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy. She has taught bodywork extensively since
the early 1990's and has been involved with Ortho-Bionomy for 20 years.
During your free time, afternoons and weekend:
Walk the white sands beach, Enjoy glorious extended sunsets, Dance to live
reggae music, Shop at local craft markets, Swim at pristine mountain
waterfalls, Feed hummingbirds by hand, Snorkel the reefs, Relax on the
beach or by the pool!

* If you arrive in the early afternoon, I will meet you at
the airport for the 1& 1/2 hour ride down the coast!
If you arrive on your own time, you must pay to get
from the airport in Montego Bay to our hotel in Negril
Book your return for Wednesday,October 29.
Please plan your departure for after 1 pm.
If your flight is too early, you will have to pay for a
private taxi or stay overnight in Montego Bay

which could gently work with
the body's inherent ability for
self correction. This is a won-
derful technique to address
stress, and has been found to be
a safe and highly effective
method to work with postural
and structural imbalances as
well as injury and pain.
Exploring Patterns of
Movement Facilitate flexibility
in the joints and major muscle
groups, as we learn to recognize
and palpate patterns of
movement or stillness, learning
to enhance mobility. You will
learn timing, range of motion,
and how to use movement to
asses holding patterns and to
re-educate the body/ mind.
