| In this workshop, you will learn to give a basic Cranio-Sacral Therapy session. The Cranio-Sacral system is a physiological system (like the cardio vascular system or the respiratory system), providing the environment in which the central nervous system functions. This light touch technique follows natural rhythms of the body, allowing a physiological relaxation response and stimulating the body's self healing mechanisms. Cranio-Sacral has been documented to be helpful for people with headaches, eyestrain, lower back injuries, TMJ problems, and resolving new or old trauma to the body. It is almost as relaxing to give as it is to receive! |

She has taught this class to thousands of professional bodyworkers and massage school students since 1990. |
