About the workshop:
This innovative technique was developed by the instructor
by combining the ideologies of Ortho-Bionomy with
Cranio-Sacral.
The technique arose organically in sessions with clients
and the class was developed at the request of students.

This light touch technique is completely pain free and
allows for the spontaneous self correction of a person's
tension and strain patterns.
You will learn to follow natural body rhythms and to
recognize and support preferred patterns of movement and
stillness.

It is almost as relaxing to give as it is to receive!
Why you should take this class:
Stress can act like a tourniquet on the body
and many stressed people feel tension in
their neck, jaw, and cranium.
This type of chronic tension can contribute
to problems such as fatigue, headaches,
and eye strain.
Injuries and trauma only exacerbate the
problem!
With very little physical effort,
you can affect a positive change in the
musculo-skeletal structure,
often relieving pain and improving posture,
flexibility, and balance.
